My Approach
People deserve to know how to effectively care for themselves in a way that works for them rather than against them. I believe that this can be done multiple ways like self-exploration and discovery, and wielding tools like radical self-belief, creativity, understanding and radically accepting (Linehan 1993) the self.
I utilize my education and intuition/connections as a tarot reader and budding social worker to help contribute to a world that will help support individuals, communities, and societies to holistically and sustainably thrive.
